He dedicates most of his time in the field, ensuring precise project execution. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor activities like dirt biking and listening to the Beatles.

Gladys, a junior estimator from Orange County, California, excels in bidding and estimating for commercial projects. She plays a key role in fostering relationships with commercial clients and keeping up with industry bidding trends.
